Housing in this part of the service area mostly went up in the 1980s and 90s, with a median build year here around 1984, so the truck carries springs and rollers sized for that generation of door and opener rather than for brand-new builds. Steel torsion springs in the common residential sizes, standard-lift cables, and openers compatible with older rail systems are the regulars.
What we don't carry on every truck is anything specialty - custom wood doors, oversized commercial-width tracks, or parts for openers no longer made. If your door falls into one of those categories, we'll tell you at the estimate stage, not after we've opened up the panel. Given how much of Tanque Verde's stock lines up with a narrow build window, that's the exception rather than the rule out here.
